What file formats do you accept?
+For 3D printing: STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP. For laser cutting: SVG, DXF, AI, PDF, PNG. For CAD work, we can work from sketches, PDFs, or existing files in any major format.
What's your turnaround time?
+Same-day rush is available for most services. Standard is 1–3 days for printing and laser cutting, 2–7 days for CAD modeling. Complex prototyping typically takes 1–3 weeks.
Do you offer rush services?

Can you help if I don't have design files?
+Absolutely. We can work from sketches, photos, descriptions, or just a conversation. We'll handle the CAD modeling and get you to a prototype.
